WARRANTY
- ONE (1) year full parts and labor warranty covers entire product against manufacturing defects.
WILL PAY FOR:
All repair labor and parts found to be defective due to material orworkmanship for on (1) full year (from date of purchase) “in home”WARRANTY. This does not apply if the unit was subjected to other thannormal household use. An Authorized Factory Agency must provide Serviceduring normal working hours. No charges will be made for repair orreplacement at the location of original installation or factory forparts returned pre-paid, through the dealer and claimed within thewarranty period, and found to be defective by Capital Cooking. Callclaims, regardless of warranty or non-warranty must be documented withphotos and detailed description and/or narrative of the problem.
This warranty shall not apply, nor can we assume responsibility fordamage that might result from failure to follow manufacturer’sinstructions or local codes where the appliance has been tempered withor altered in any way or which, in our judgment, has been subjected tomisuse, negligence, or accident. Implied warranty shall not extendbeyond the duration of this written warranty. This warranty is in lieuof all warranties, expressed or implied and all other obligations orliability in connection with the sale of this product.

OVEN MODES

OVEN CONTROL INCLUDES
- 2 Independent Countdown Timers
(5 seconds to 11 hours 55 minutes) - Delay Cook Mode – Allows oven to turn on at a preset time (without pre-heat)
- Timed Cook Mode – Allows the chef to program how long the oven will stay on in the current cooking mode
- Hold Mode – After completion of a Delay Cook or a Timed Cook, the oven will go into Hold in which the oven temperature will automatically reset to 150° F and will hold the temperature for 2 hours
- Child Lockout – The oven control can be locked to OFF to prevent accidentally turning on during cleaning or by curious children or guests
HAND-CRAFTED RANGE
TIP: The best way to clean stainless steel is to use a non-abrasive cleaning pad and a bit of baking soda and water. Smooth the surface with long strokes to a perfect buff and sheen.
